Report on the Seminar on the Independent Observer’s Observations and Recommendations

This is the report of the seminar of Feb. 16 and 17, 2022 organized by the Independent Observer of the Agreement for Peace and Reconciliation in Mali, resulting from the Algiers Process (Agreement), with key stakeholders on its observations and recommendations about the implementation of the agreement.
