Center for Governance and Leadership (CEGOL) is a Malawian based Non-governmental Organization that strives to advance youth and women leadership in civic and democratic processes.  Conceptualized in March 2021, CEGOL is an independent, not-for-profit organization that focuses on inclusion of youth and women in democratic governance.

We build capacity of youth and women who aspire for public office, we facilitate dialogues between duty bearers and citizens as well as well as building capacity of youth organizations to strengthen democracies in their respective communities.
