Together with the Political Studies Association (UK) Specialist Group on Autocracy and Regime Change (ARC), our Coalition Partner Westminster Foundation for Democracy is launching a new project examining the authoritarian ecosystem. We’re seeking expert contributions for a series of policy briefs that will synthesize academic knowledge on authoritarian rule and translate it into actionable insights for policymakers in democracies. Key themes include: political institutions in authoritarian contexts, cross-border authoritarian cooperation, recovery from authoritarian rule, digital technologies, and international influence operations. Contributors will receive publication opportunities, exposure through our global campaign, and £400.
