Our Coalition Partner the Kofi Annan Foundation has introduced the Kofi Annan NextGen Democracy Prize and selected the 2025 finalists. This prize recognises exceptional leadership shown by young activists in defending, renewing and promoting democracy. The 2025 finalists include: Érica Maria Castro Moreira, Gabriela de Oliveira Toso, Juan Pierre, Julián David Rodríguez Sastoque, Lourdes Selliez, Mamobo Ogoro, Marharyta Vorykhava, Nicolene S. Arcaina, Prince Chaudhary, Sohee Yang, Sudhanshu Kaushik, Tara Roos, and Yuval Green.
