Our Coalition Partner, IREX, has launched the Education Systems Changemaker Challenge, a new initiative designed to spotlight and support education grassroots leaders around the world who are navigating, influencing, and transforming the systems they are part of.
This four-part series that will be shared over the next 2 months invites classroom teachers, district leaders, youth organizers, and community-based education advocates to walk through a 10-step journey to sharpen their mindset, deepen their knowledge, and take collective action toward more resilient and impactful education systems. The series draws on a robust literature review conducted by IREX, with accessible tools, reflection prompts, and stories that make systems thinking actionable.
