Our coalition partner People Powered has announced an open call for changemakers advancing participatory democracy worldwide.
Are you ready to strengthen public participation in decision-making, champion youth inclusion, or accelerate local climate action? People Powered is now accepting applications for three major programs that equip leaders and institutions with the tools, resources, and funding to make democracy more inclusive, equitable, and effective.
The Climate Democracy Accelerator (CDA) supports governments and organizations engaging communities in climate action, with participants receiving up to $25,000 in funding, expert mentorship, and a global peer network. The Democratic Innovations Accelerator (DIA) focuses on advancing youth participation in Europe, while the Rising Stars Mentorship program offers personalized guidance to help develop and implement participatory democracy initiatives.
Applications are open to civil society organizations, governments, and public servants committed to building more participatory and responsive systems of governance.
