Our Coalition Partner, the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) invites proposals for two separate grant opportunities to support civil society organizations working to advance civic freedoms and strengthen civil society resilience in Thailand and the Philippines.
These small grants are available for initiatives that align with the program’s objectives. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through February 15, 2026, or until available funds are exhausted.
