Our Coalition Partner, Campaigners Against Misinformation and Disinformation in Liberia (CAMDL) hosted a Media and Information Literacy training at the Bethesda Assembly of God School in 72nd Community on SKD Boulevard, Paynesville.

Over forty (40) junior high school students participated and got enlightened on the essence of Media and Information Literacy and how to verify information and detect Artificial Intelligence (AI) videos on Friday, October 24, 2025.

According to CAMDL Executive Director, Taweh Johnson, the training has created a pathway to promote Media and Information Literacy in schools.

The Global Media and Information Literacy Week is an annual event observed from 24th to 31st October to raise awareness and celebrate the progress achieved towards Media and Information Literacy for all.
