Created in 2020, the Working Group on Self, Community and Non-formal Justice and SDG16+, brings together various stakeholders to follow a common agenda that advocates for the centrality of self, community and non-formal justice systems in the search for justice for all. The group explores and tries to identify the most effective ways to include these justice systems in efforts to achieve justice for all, and shares key results through practically applicable policy recommendations. More than 70 people and organizations participate in the Group.

In its Joint Action Plan 2021-2023, the Working Group committed to preparing a Report on self, community and non-formal justice and SDG 16+, which will be presented at the 2nd SDG Summit in September 2023. This report will be one of 10 deliverables associated with the Justice Action Coalition, the leading multi-stakeholder association working to advance justice for all. During the second and third quarters of 2023, different members of the Working Group will carry out a series of consultations that will serve to complement and validate the reference document, and to inform and build consensus around the final report. The Pathfinders, for Peaceful, Just and Inclusive Societies, a group of UN member countries, international organizations, global partners, civil society and the private sector, work to accelerate action towards the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals for peace, justice and inclusion (SDG 16+).
The Pathfinders team, Justice for All, a member of the Working Group, supports guiding action to accelerate the application of the 2030 SDG Agenda in terms of justice for all and the objectives established in the report of Justice for all.

Spanish: Creado en el 2020, el Grupo de Trabajo sobre Justicia Propia, Comunitaria y No-formal y el ODS16+, reúne a diversas partes interesadas en seguir una agenda común que aboga por la centralidad de los sistemas de justicia propia, comunitaria y no-formal en la búsqueda de una justicia para todos. El grupo explora y trata de identificar los medios más eficaces para incluir estos sistemas de justicia en los esfuerzos para lograr la justicia para todos, y comparte resultados clave a través de recomendaciones de política aplicables a la práctica. En el Grupo participan más de 70 personas y organizaciones.

En su Plan de Acción Conjunto 2021-2023, el Grupo de Trabajo se comprometió a elaborar un Informe sobre la justicia propia, comunitaria y no-formal y el ODS 16+, el cual se presentará en la 2ª Cumbre de los ODS en septiembre de 2023. Este informe será uno de los 10 entregables asociados a la Coalición de Acción por la Justicia, la principal asociación de múltiples partes interesadas que trabaja para promover la justicia para todos. Durante el segundo y tercer trimestre de 2023, diferentes miembros del Grupo de Trabajo llevarán a cabo una serie de consultas que servirán para complementar y validar el documento de referencia, y para informar y crear consenso en torno al informe final.

Los Pathfinders, for Peaceful, Just and Inclusive Societies, un grupo de países miembros de la ONU, organizaciones internacionales, socios globales, sociedad civil y el sector privado, trabajan para acelerar acciones en orden a la implementación de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible para la paz, justicia e inclusión (ODS 16+). El equipo de Pathfinders, Justicia para Todos, integrante del Grupo de Trabajo, apoya en orientar la acción para acelerar la aplicación de las metas de los en la Agenda 2030 de los ODS en materia de justicia para todos y los objetivos establecidos en el informe de Justicia Para Todos.
