The course includes four Modules and office hours, where learners can ask questions related to course material and receive feedback on their SMM projects. The course is designed to accommodate 10-15 learners in an online environment. Our participants will not only learn how to collect, classify, and analyse data in a qualitative manner but also discover innovative tools and techniques to enhance their analytical capabilities.
