The 24th International Observatory on Participatory Democracy (IOPD) Conference will be held in Córdoba, Argentina, under the theme “Connect, Integrate and Humanize: Cities facing the challenge of generating Community.” This event will gather local and regional leaders, academics, and civil society members to discuss topics such as citizen participation in community building, decentralization of city governance, and the impact of digital technologies and artificial intelligence on public management.
