Open Government Partnership is hosting a virtual event “Democratic Challenges and Innovations in the Americas” which brings together the open government community to debate the urgent challenges of democracy in the Americas while exploring the opportunities and innovative approaches offered by the OGP Strategy.
The event agenda includes an interview with David Altman of V-DEM about the challenges and trends of democracies in the region, led by Vanina Berghella of the International Fund for Public Interest Media (IFPIM). We will then move on to present promising cases that show successful open government initiatives in action.
