The long-discussed question about Putin’s intentions has been answered before the whole world since February 24, 2022: With his war of aggression he wants to subdue Ukraine. With the film project “The Twenty-Fourth”, Iryna Riabenka and Olga Balanjuk focus on the direct and indirect consequences for the civilian population.
