Cross-party dialogue – and a democratic dialogue within a party – do not always have good conditions in new democracies. That is why DIPD has developed a course in dialogue and conflict resolution. The course gives the political parties stronger democratic structures. Both in the form of concrete tools and in the form of a mindset, where the value of dialogue between the parties becomes clearer.
