Earlier this month, team members from Mary Hoch Center for Reconciliation and Think Peace Nicholas Sherwood Antti Pentikainen and Hannah Adamson Adamson flew to Kenya to take part in the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) in Peacebuilding Co-Creation Workshop which was convened by our partners at Maandeeq Mental Health Centre and the Shalom Centre for Counseling and Development.

This event brought together practitioners from different countries within the Horn of Africa to share knowledge and stories with each other and how to implement this knowledge into their respective contexts. This was an exciting and refreshing conference for our team members allowing them to engage in some on the ground field work after so many months of only conducting remote work.
