This Manual was first prepared for use in the 2013 elections in Kenya. It has been updated to reflect the experience from those elections and changes in the legal framework. The Manual contains a summary of key rules and processes relating to elections. It is synchronised with the information that will be provided to the officials of the Commission who will be conducting elections. The aim is to ensure that all those who play roles at the polling day complement each other.
