On the second day of the #EUdataSummit, the recent EU flagship proposal on regulating artificial intelligence was discussed, as well as the relationship between the #GDPR and the multitude of data-related legislation, e.g. the #DSA or the #DMA. Special attention deserves the keynote on the #PrivacyShield and the latest developments following the U.S. Executive Order implementing the European Union-U.S. Data #Privacy Framework. The specific aspects of the #DataAct, such as access to #IoT data, or the provisions regulating #B2G #datasharing are also an essential part of the debate.
