A week has passed since their fourth trip to Athens for the Athens Democracy Forum, where the IYTT was represented by Urban (their founder), Persiana from Bulgaria, and Bia from South Africa. Athens Democracy Forum is organized by the Democracy and Culture Foundation, in collaboration with The New York Times. While every year presents exciting opportunities to demonstrate their democracy advocacy, this year was particularly special as they highlighted the work of their newest African Youth Fellows and celebrate hosting their first African International Youth Conference and Nobel Symposium in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
