Initiating the DEI Compact: INGO Commitments toward Greater Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

On May 10, 2022, InterAction convened representatives from our vast international non-governmental organization (INGO) coalition to officially launch the DEI Compact: INGO Commitments Toward Greater Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The launch event for the DEI Compact formally codified our community’s promise to do better in concrete ways and represented an important step in our work to urgently improve INGO programming, operations, learning, and advocacy around DEI.
