On 25 August 2022, the 8th panel of Asia Centre’s 7th International Conference: ‘Freedom of Expression in Asia’ was convened by International Development Research Centre (IDRC / CRDI). The panel titled ‘Knowledge Systems and Fragility in South and Southeast Asia – The Faraway Future’ comprised Michael L. Gray from SecDev Foundation, Kyoko Kusakabe from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and Ngu Wah Win from Centre for Economic and Social Development of Myanmar, Chiang Mai University. The session was moderated by Kundan Mishra from the International Development Research Centre.
