The book presents several perspectives on the theme of the Devil: from the anthropological problem of evil and its religious and mythical explanations (chapter 1), to the analysis of the representations of the Devil in the biblical and Christian tradition (chapters 3-5); to the theme of the demonization of the other by and in societies (chapters 6-7).
