Siguéta Salimata DEMBELE is the director of the film “The Change” as part of Accountability Lab Mali’s Accountability Film School programme for an inclusive, participatory transition and transparent elections in collaboration with the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). The film “The Change” highlights the major problems that violate good governance in Mali. It also refers to the foundation of Mali, which is currently the subject of great debate. Finally, the film discusses corruption in the run-up to elections, the failure to respect public property and the rules laid down for good management of the country.
