The overall purpose of this Learning Catalogue is to present good practices that can contribute to operationalising DIPD’s new Strategy 2021-2025. The Catalogue aims at identifying drivers and barriers in long term planning and s and offer some insights and recommendations on how to overcome them. This report includes the lessons learn from the first ten years work by DIPD: what is the most important that we can learn about creating long term change and which approaches are modt efficient? The recommendations from the learning exercise point towards the overall approach being at the core of these processes.
