This document discusses the impact that the increase of Artificial Intelligence (and Big Data) is having on our present rights and future opportunities, determining the decision-making processes that affect all in today’s society especially in the work place, the market for consumer and citizen behavior, and in the military. Then the paper turns to the questions of competition issues and impact on human rights. Further some principles for government responses are outlined. Fourthly multilateral governmental responses to date are briefly sketched.
