In 2022, the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES), in cooperation with The Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening (CEPPS), produced a public service announcement (PSA) for the Deaf community in Senegal. The PSA is part of the effort to create an electoral sign language lexicon to promote the equal political and civic participation of the community in Senegal ahead of the legislative elections. This video was developed by IFES with funding from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The video is in French.
