This document is about sustainability of civil society in West Africa as it is becoming increasingly important with the gradual but significant decline of funding from donors over the years. CSOs are continuously employing strategies to strengthen their organizational sustainability. In the quest to encourage women leadership and education, the African Women in Energy Development Initiative (AWEDI) offered a professional development training for women in Nigeria especially the female STEM students.
