This study on «The bicameral system under the Tunisian constitution of 25 July 2022 », analyses the organisation of the legislative function, the competences of the legislative chambers, as well as the relationships between the legislature and the executive, and the responsibility of the members of Parliament.
Employing a comparative approach, the study provides in-depth analysis that can inform policy-making and advocacy efforts among key stakeholders in the electoral and political spheres. These stakeholders include members of parliament, government officials, civil society organisations, experts, and researchers.
