The “DEI Compact: INGO Commitments toward Greater Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” represents a pledge by the InterAction community, the largest U.S.-based alliance of international NGOs, to urgently work to improve INGO programming, operations, and advocacy with regard to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
