Towards the Localization of the SDGs: 10th Report examines how local and regional governments have become essential drivers of sustainable development by translating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into concrete action through public services, infrastructure, and inclusive governance. It argues that achieving the 2030 Agenda requires stronger multilevel governance, increased financing, and greater institutional recognition of local governments to accelerate progress on sustainable, resilient, and equitable development.
