NED’s Penn Kemble Forum on Democracy is pleased to announce its 2024-2025 cohort of fellows, who come from a wide variety of backgrounds and professional affiliations, including Congress, the U.S. State Department, think tanks, civil society, and the private sector. The Forum, a privately funded initiative, engages emerging foreign policy and national security leaders in bipartisan conversations with leading opinion-formers and decision-makers.
