The Association is a national nonprofit network created by Russian political exiles and other Russian-speaking immigrant Americans who rallied in solidarity with Russia’s movement for fair elections in 2011-12.
Their goal is to raise awareness of the struggle for civil and human rights in Russia in the past and present and of its significance for America and world development.
