Citizen Voice and Actions is a youth led non-governmental organization established in 2016 with a mission to empower citizens to become active members of inclusive Society in Rwanda and beyond. Citizen Voice and Actions employs various strategies to reach out to Girls and Youth and amplify their voices and actions through awareness raising, empowerment, mentorship and advocacy for meaningful participation in all decision-making spaces at all levels. Our models are: Policy Youth Dialogue: seeks to full engage and provide Youth with a safe space to exchange ideas, share best practices, articulate their views and amplify their voice in relation to their needs, concerns and aspirations as well as empowering them to be part of decision that shape their lives.

School of Dialogue: Youth dialogue forums set up at grassroots level with a purpose to empower youth to become more active in participatory governance and addressing Human rights issues. Strengthen their links with decision makers and therefore strengthen local government accountability Generation Leadership academy: : A two weeks intensive Youth Leadership mentoring program to promote Youth participation and equip them with skills ,knowledge and experience they need to become effective leaders in their community and build their confidence for meaningful participation in decision making processes.
