The RedOIE strengthens democracy in Latin America and the Caribbean by promoting electoral transparency, citizen participation, and integrity in political processes. Through a regional network of civic organizations across 17 countries, RedOIE conducts electoral observation, produces comparative analyses, and develops tools and dialogues that uphold free and fair elections. It also issues collective statements and recommendations that defend democratic standards and institutions throughout the region.
