We advocate for public judgment models (citizens’ assemblies and juries) to elected representatives and back this up with the ability to design, operate and oversee demonstration projects. We are confident (based on experience) that a substantive, complementary role for everyday people alongside elected representatives can deliver major gains in public trust.
